All cards are shipped via Canada Post regular mail within Canada and the USA.  There is no tracking. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please reach out.

Yes we do!  At an additional charge, we can mail your cards or invitations directly to the recipient. We would work with you to obtain the address and provide envelope address printing and stamps. 

Given everything I make is custom, returns and refunds are not accepted. If you have a problem with your order, I will be happy to help in any way I can.

Your pages will not be submitted to any type of publication or contest.  I will handle your memories with the utmost care from the time I receive them to the time I return them to you in your custom designed scrapbook memory album.I will not display your handmade items on any social media, my website, etsy shop without your consent.  No copies of your photos will be made.  Your photographs will be handled with the utmost care from the time I receive them to the time I return them to you in your custom designed scrapbook photo album.

It is just me and of course you! I will personally be creating your pages/albums and/or invitations and I want you to be satisfied and excited with the handmade item made especially for you. Along the way I will send you pictures of completed pages and keep you updated of the progress of the album.  Given items are mounted with adhesive, I will try my best to accommodate any changes.

We can create an album for photos to be inserted. I will design the pages/layouts leaving photo & journaling space and I will also include some stickers and embellishments for the receiver to add if they would like

You can have up to 200 photos in a scrapbook? It all depends! I have 2 scrapbook packages and are customized based on your keepsake album. Post Bound Large Album can fit 150-180 photos which would consist of 56 decorated pages (28 double sided) and 1 cover page. A Post Bound Regular Size Album can fit 110 to 140 photos, 36 decorated pages (18 double sided) and 1 cover page. Anything beyond 200 photos a 3 ring 12×12 scrapbook photo album would be required.

Generally we print 4×6 photos.  I like to also print photos in various sizes (4×6, 5×7, 8×10 etc.).  Having different sizes of photos adds a nice variation to your album and some photos deserve a bigger print!  Some photos may be cropped down to 3×3.  Cropping photos allows for more photos to be designed into a layout/page.  At my discretion, I will crop photos,I do not crop/trim more than necessary because photo backgrounds are important.   If you do not want a specific photo cut, please tell me!  Each 12 x12 page can have 3-5 photos on it. Sometimes 1 8×10!

Printed photos should be organized and labeled in envelopes or ziploc bags.  We will discuss this more at our consultation.   If I am printing your photos, I suggest organizing them into folders by date/event. I will create a google shared folder where you can upload your photos.  If you rather email them on a zip drive or deliver them on a USB you can do so.  We will discuss this at our consultation.  If I am printing your photos, an additional cost will be associated with photo printing.

I will use whatever photos you give me.  If there are photos of a similar shot we may eliminate one. No copies of your photos will be made.

A PAGE is one side of a 12×12 page and a LAYOUT is two (2) facing pages which creates the flow of events and photos in your album and allows for more photos to be grouped for a specific event.

Acid causes paper and photos to disintegrate. Lignin is the natural bonding element which holds wood fibers together. Newsprint contains lignin—you’ll notice how brittle and yellowed a newspaper becomes after just a few days.  Using acid free and lignin-free products prevents

I use all types of card stock (Foil,Glitter, Patterned etc), stickers, ribbon, die cut outs, stamps, paper embellishments.  I will also include any memorabilia of your own that you would like to include (i.e. invitations, newspapers, cards, napkins, tickets).  All the materials I use are acid/free and safe to use with photographs.

There are a few different types of scrapbooks to choose from. I primarily work with 12×12  post bound scrapbooks or a 3 ring scrapbook. Once we determine the size of your album based on the number of photos we will look at album choices.  All the albums include flat acid and lignin free page protectors.

Journaling is a personal recollection of the events or people in your photographs which can get lost if not recorded.  It is an important aspect of your scrapbook. Journalling can be as simple as a single sentence or a few lines to full paragraphs or stories.  Journaling can be hand-written or computer generated or with stickers.

A custom scrapbook can be for any special occasion or just day to day photos. Some popular examples are baby, wedding, vacation and a gift for grandparents. My favourite is a  “Year of Memories” your pictures from the year in one album.  Whatever the reason for the Scrapbook they make great keepsakes and gifts for someone special.

Many people lack the time, supplies, desire and or skill to do it themselves and that is ok. Custom Scrapbooking is similar to other service professionals. I.e. hiring someone to clean your house.  It takes a lot of time and each creation is unique. Please note all cards are blank inside to personalize with your own message.  The only card that has a printed message is as seen in the listing ( the Sacrament Proposal cards).  Once you receive my email,  you will send me the details, like the name that is to be put on the card and any message to be placed inside the card.  For cards, I don’t create proofs but if you would like one, you may request one. Once the proof is approved I will proceed to print and create your order.

Yes absolutely!  I will help your design come to fruition. A new sample design will be $20  per sample. If we work together I will credit 50% of the sample charge on the total of your order.  Let’s make your invitation unique! We can work together to create the perfect invitation for you. (i.e. Vintage, Modern, Rustic, include a Photo)

I recommend you contact me to begin the creation of your invitation about 10-12 months before your wedding.  If you are planning a wedding in 6 months, I can work with you to make it happen!  I would suggest 2-3 months before any other celebration.  If we are creating a completely new design I would allocate a little more time. This allows us to create, customize, make any edits and finally handcraft your invitation.  Each invitation is handmade and created especially for you, so I prefer we allow some extra time.

Yes, all invitations and cards include white envelopes.  Wedding invitations would include matching coloured envelopes if desired.
