  • Each card, invitation, scrapbook and or personalized frame is designed, printed, assembled, packaged and dispatched by me and include my sticker on the back of the item.
  • Greeting Cards and Invitations: Are packaged in protective bubble mailer envelopes. Depending on the size of order, they will be packed in boxes.
  • Frames & Scrapbooks: Are packaged in boxes or are often times picked up. Therefore shipping is fee and less likely chance of any shipping damage.
  • My items are shipped from Vaughan, Ontario.
  • Shipping for Greeting Cards is Free.  All cards are sent by regular mail with Canada Post. (Regular Mail est. 3-5 business days in Canada and 5-12 business days to the USA).
  • Everything else is shipped with tracking:
    Canada: Packages will be sent via Express or Priority Post with Canada Post. Within Canada delivery is anywhere from 2-4 days.
    USA: Packages will be sent via Federal Express. Typically with the USA packages are delivered within 5 business days depending on the location.  Please note shipping rates do not include insurance or brokerage or duties.  If there are any duties due at point of entry they are the recipients responsibility. I cannot control or am responsible for any custom delays.
  • You may also elect to pick up your order to save on shipping.
  • If you would like your item sent ASAP and expedited, please contact me before placing your order so I can ensure I can meet your timeline.
