How do you ship your orders?
All cards are shipped via Canada Post regular mail within Canada and the USA. There is no tracking. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please reach out.

Do you provide mail service?i.e. mailing out items directly to the recipient?
Yes we do! At an additional charge, we can mail your cards or invitations directly to the recipient. We would work with you to obtain the address and provide envelope address printing and stamps.Â

I have concerns about photo Confidentiality.
Your pages will not be submitted to any type of publication or contest. I will handle your memories with the utmost care from the time I receive them to the time I return them to you in your custom designed scrapbook memory album.I will not display your handmade items on any social media, my website,

Who else is involved in making the scrapbook?
It is just me and of course you! I will personally be creating your pages/albums and/or invitations and I want you to be satisfied and excited with the handmade item made especially for you. Along the way I will send you pictures of completed pages and keep you updated of the progress of the album.Â

I don’t have photos and I want it to be a surprise.
We can create an album for photos to be inserted. I will design the pages/layouts leaving photo & journaling space and I will also include some stickers and embellishments for the receiver to add if they would like
